The impetus for its development came from a powerful spiritual experience I had during my time at college, which has since guided my life’s work in helping others. EWBP originated from the lesson I learned then, that reality and unreality were reversed. My perceived reality was pain, self-judgment, lack of confidence, fear of others, and struggle to move forward. My discovery was that real life is joy, peace, love, power, perception, and being one with a tremendous flow of love, grace and peace. I decided I wanted to live this powerful reality every day.
I realized that I had a lot to learn, and began to regularly participate in various self-development activities and approaches. The good news for the human race is that there are literally thousands of approaches/modalities and products. Each of them benefits numerous people. None of them works for everyone, but every person can find many ways to continue to develop!
As I continued to learn and grow I realized that what I learned could benefit others, and started to help others develop themselves (outside of work, as an avocation). At the same time, my consulting work evolved into helping individuals in organizations to develop their skills in influencing others effectively, and to be more productive. In addition, I guided organizations to become more efficient and productive, and more supportive of their employees.
